Scheduling an Appointment Online

You can schedule and cancel your appointments online by using our online appointment scheduler. Appointments made online must be made 48 hours in advance.  You will receive a Confirmation email and a phone call to confirm your appointment.

For appointments by phone call (715) 817-3734. Appointments made by phone must be made 24 hours in advance. We do not offer same day appointments.
